The Tulsa March for Life 2010 will be held on January 22, 2010, in downtown Tulsa. This event will be decidedly apolitical and non-religious. Rather, the focus is on the basic civil, human rights of “life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness” that should be afforded every person, regardless of age or race. The rally will include an emcee introduction and three short secular speeches by well-known figures.

  1. I discussed the March with several folks in my church (Southeast Baptist) and they did not know about the March, but said they would have come if they had known about it. Is there some way that my church could be notified and become involved in next year’s March?

We will most definitely notify you about next year’s march. We worked at a grassroots level this year, and tried to contact as many churches as possible via mail and email. Unfortunately, we always didn’t receive a response. And the Tulsa World only gave us a small blip the week before. Anyway, I will put your email in our distribution list. We are meeting again this morning to review the march and begin planning for next year.
      Blessings in Christ,
